As I stand here today, reflecting on my 12-year journey in the world of real estate, I am filled with a deep sense of gratitude for the experiences that have shaped me into the Senior Real Estate Consultant I am today.

My name is Amanda Parker, and I have had the privilege of guiding clients through the highs and lows of the real estate market, always striving to embody the qualities that set a top-performing consultant apart from the rest.

Early Career Milestones

From my humble beginnings as an assistant to a top agent in Orange County to my current role leading a team at Coastal Elite Realty, every step of this journey has been a learning experience.

It all started in 2012 when I made the bold decision to transition into real estate, drawn by a deep-seated passion for homes and a desire to combine creativity with entrepreneurship. My upbringing in Southern California, surrounded by stunning landscapes and architectural marvels, laid the foundation for my love of beautifully designed spaces. 

Starting out as an assistant provided me with a solid understanding of the nuances of the real estate industry, from contracts to client relationships.

One pivotal moment early in my career was closing my first major deal on a luxury beachfront property. This success instilled in me the belief that I could thrive in this competitive market.

Matching Homes with Lifestyles

Over the years, I honed my skills in understanding the emotional aspects of buying and selling homes, specializing in luxury coastal properties that resonate with my personal passion for the ocean and Southern California lifestyle.

In 2019, I was promoted to Senior Real Estate Consultant, a role that allowed me to take on more responsibility, lead a team, and focus on high-end properties along the California coastline.

One of the aspects I love most about my job is helping clients find homes that match their lifestyles and aspirations, whether it’s assisting a young family in relocating to Orange County or helping a retired couple find their dream beachfront retreat.

Beyond sales, my commitment to the community has been a driving force in my career. Organizing charity events, such as a recent auction that raised over $100,000 for a local animal shelter, has not only allowed me to give back but has also enriched my professional relationships with like-minded individuals who share a passion for both real estate and community service.
