One of the defining moments in my career was the negotiation and successful sale of a remarkable waterfront estate in Miami Beach, a property of unparalleled grandeur and uniqueness, listed at $25 million.

The challenge lay in meeting the high expectations of the seller while finding the perfect match among a limited pool of discerning luxury buyers. Crafting a targeted marketing strategy, hosting exclusive events at the property, and engaging in a meticulous negotiation process based on understanding the buyer’s perspective were instrumental in achieving a record sale price and closing the deal within a remarkable four months.

Client relationships are the heart of my practice, particularly in the luxury market where personalization and trust are paramount.
